Restrictions and KYC requirements before withdrawal
Withdrawal is only available from a fully verified account. Before your first payout, EU Casino requires:
- A valid government-issued ID (passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than 6 months)
- A copy of the card or screenshot of the e-wallet used for the deposit
Documents are reviewed in under 12 hours in most cases. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received an update within that window, contact support directly.
You can upload documents in the personal settings section under 'Document Upload'. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed faster.
There is a limit of two payment methods you can attach to an account before full verification is complete. If you need to add another method, complete KYC first.
An important rule: once a withdrawal request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the current request to be processed before initiating a new one.
If an affordability or AML review is triggered on your account, a deposit limit may be placed by the operator until you upload supporting documentation (such as proof of income or source of funds). This is done through the same document upload section.
